Considering of environmental friendly, especially for those paper mill, carton factory, it is better to equip the cyclone system above our baling machine to collect shredded paper, trims from corrugated machinery, dust and then to press by the baling machine.<br>
At the entering hole of cyclone, we can also equip water spray projector system to increase the weight of scraps and trims for better separating of air and paper; of course can also removing dust. Our TWCS type cyclone with better performance consumes less water and deals with large quantity of paper waste.
Selection Remarks:
¡ñ Total air into the cyclone;
¡ñ Dry cyclone or wet cyclone;
¡ñ Total height of cyclone working site.Condition of Application:
¡ñ Material shall be non-hypergolic and non-corrosive air; temperature less than 80 degree;
¡ñ With feed channel, cyclone can be used together with automatic paper baling machine.
